Once your form has been submitted, I’ll be in touch within 48 hours to send you dates and appointment time slots to fulfill what you are looking for. Along with that, there will likely be a few follow-up questions from your form, so please keep the conversation flowing.

Day of appointment:
On the day of your appointment, we will have time to have our in-person consultation together. We’ll discuss and agree on the length to be taken, colours we are looking to achieve, future upkeep with the hair, and share general information about the cut and style.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, you can do so but this will fall under my cancellation policy.
The first time this happens, I will create a new booking for you without any problems
(*but I will ask you to bring chocolate chip cookies for redemption! one big one or 6 mini’s*).If a second appointment is needed to be rescheduled within 48 hours, there will be a $25 re-booking fee.
A third time results in dismissal.
